Il kit eGo AIO ECO ha un corpo sottile e una struttura all-in-one alimentata dalla tecnologia ECO. La batteria ha una capacità integrata di 650 mAh e il serbatoio può contenere 1,2 ml di succo elettronico. Questo kit è dotato di una nuovissima testina BFHN da 0,5 ohm che può funzionare a 6-8W a basso wattaggio. È ottimizzata per l'uso con e-liquidi ad alta nicotina. È inoltre dotato di un design di riempimento superiore e di un sistema di flusso d'aria superiore.
